Scheduled 3 appointments. 1 one was canceled, attended the 2nd and the went to the 3rd, but the councilor wasnt there and I was not informed. Wasted mine and my kids time, I wasted PTO and with gas prices what they are I was made about that too. Its been 2 weeks and no one has even bothered to follow up.
