This place is no good anymore! in 2013 when Beverly White was here, this was a great place with happiness, events, was clean, and the office was interactive/proactive and actually were there to help. Jenefer Mendoza has stayed on staff and is wonderful! Andrew, Don, and Alvin are great also. Those great things being said- there are neighbors now who are loud and litter terribly around the property. It seems there is no longer the same screening as when I moved here. At first, in 2013 when my dogs and I moved here this was a great place. It was a family type community. My dogs were welcomed, the land was maintained well and there were many gatherings for the community. Now, there is new management and the place really has gone downhill. When Beverly then Lesley were here to select residents, set up events, and maintain the property there were very few problems. Now, there are troublesome neighbors, a lot of noise and No gatherings.
