Purchased multiple policies from pinnacle point but got an interesting call from supposedly the owner and the agent i was working with , complaining that I constantly purchase coverage lower than what they recommend. Why on earth would I purchase more coverage than I want or need? This has to be one of the most dishonest business I've come across. Trying to force a customer to buy what they don't want.
