They can’t keep track of anything since Dr Abney no longer practices there. You have to have an appointment for every refill and they run expensive tests without asking. It seems like they are trying to get you to come as often as possible to see you for 5 minutes for a money grab. There also just incredibly rude now

Do not go to this place!!! Stay away!!! I was seen in office 2/13/2024 and been awaiting referrals & to this day have not received anything! Today 3/4/2024 I called the office & spoke with Mary(whom is a smart ass manager) who says no one is over her she runs the facility! Worst place ever find another place to go too!
Sadly I can give this place a zero star. They collect payment and bill your insurance without giving any kind of real service. I called to reschedule an appointment 2 days prior, they charged me with a missed appointment. I have sat in the waiting room for 2-3 hours. After about 5 months of this nonsense I left their practice. I would say it's a glorified urgert care, but I get better service at urgent care. The doctors are unprofessional and bigots. Hateful, especially Dr. Abbey. Save your time and your money.
