Chris helped me immensely after just one session. I was having pain in my gluteus minimus and TLF band. The dry needling paired with home exercises allowed me to feel a big enough reduction in pain to run a 5k only a week later. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend !

Chris is incredible I can’t recommend him enough! I had a severely sprained ankle that was making it difficult to walk and do physical activity. I contacted Chris 2 weeks before my trip to Europe, including a 3 day music festival, and asked him to perform a miracle. He came through! I found Chris because I injured my lower back from playing badminton and Chris knew exactly how I could improve and how to specific plan that I could follow. He would tailor exercises by asking me about my workout routines and it showed significant improvement after 4 sessions.
