I have been seeing Dr. Pham for the past five years and was very satisfied with the care I received. However, during my last visit, I was informed that Dr. Pham is no longer with the practice. I've been taking my children here for a while now. There have been quite a few issues we've had to deal with due to incompetence and negligence regarding one of my children's care. I've been treated rudely and disrespected many of times but despite that, I continue to give them a chance due to a few really nice people there. Left an email about this experience and no one responded. To spare repeating the whole email. Basically I've been going here for 4 years and it has been good. However after this last visit the MA called me to tell me that we had left the patient room messy and wasted medical supplies (my hyperactive 4 year old had pulled out the gloves that were on the wall next to wear the kids sit) the doctor during our visit was very nice about it all, but the MA called me after I left and told me I needed to physically stop my son from w... read more
