It has been terrible since Dr. Pham left. Before that, they had a constantly changing list of providers that couldn’t bothered to read a chart before entering the room. They changed systems that messed up tons of billing. Then the phones were down for weeks and the office just was suddenly closed. I hope Carli goes someplace else since she is wonderful and her name shouldn’t be tied to such a poor establishment.
Don't answer their phone or return calls. I would stay away. Trying to pay a bill but can't figure out how.
I've been trying for well over two week to get my medical records from them. To say it's a cluster fudge is an understatement. I am in need of these records to take to my new provider in a couple of weeks. I'm not going to be add all happy if I have to drive to Westminster to handle this in person. I don't think that's going to work out well for anybody.
This pinacle pediatrics took over my previous primary care office and was presented to me as my new primary. They then billed me a copay when my coverage has a 0 dollar copay. In addition they never answer the phone seriously never! I would never ever use them.
Update: An incredibly unprofessional and uncaring operation. Not only did they not send any sort of notice about their closing, which is downright absurd, they have been absurdly slow transferring records so a child can get care elsewhere. _______ We are exceptionally concerned about the direction this location is headed.
