My husband had a very positive experience with the pain management injection procedure. The front desk staff, clinic staff and the Vertex Anesthesia team was professional, efficient, and made him feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend this facility, super professional and knowledgeable. I came here for a pain management session after someone rear ended my car and the doctor was very kind and patient, he explained everything very well and made me feel more calm about the procedure. The front desk was very kind and helpful too, the young lady at the desk is very nice and has a welcoming personality. Thank you guys for taking care of me and others. 5 out of 5 stars definitely.
Pinnacle Pain Management is amazing patient focused facility. The front desk staff is amazing. They keep vibes high and make sure all questions and thoughts are addressed. Dr. Mark is one of the best physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. Outlining everything step by step and making sure all decisions are not rushed and patient is completely informed. I hate having the pain I have/had but love that I went there to get it resolved!
From the receptionist who made me feel welcomed to the professional nurse practitioner Mark Ibe who made me comfortable by explaining in detail what the injection was and how it will help relieve the inflammation in my right knee, Pinnacle Pain Management gave me great care and relief.
