Terrible! I waited almost 2 weeks to get Pinnacle to submit a request for my medical records from Illinois Bone & Joint. Finally I called them back and they stated that they never received any of my records. Looks like to me that the staff at Pinnacle is too lazy to follow up for me. I would consider this very poor patient care quality.
