I can’t believe this even happened. I went in to get a new gel x set and pointed out that the set from last time was coming up off of my nails, especially on my thumb. The gel x is over my natural nails so there are no fake extensions involved. They start dremelling and I say it hurts and doesn’t feel right. They keep going and the dremel rips the entire front half of the gel x off of my thumb along with some of my real nail underneath. This hurt so bad and some of my nail bed is exposed. This place should be cited by the Scottsdale Board of Cosmetology for sanitation and unclean facilities. My pedicure service was not professionally clean or performed with any care or consistency. I paid the charge and tipped 20 percent but will never ever return.

Ouch! Came here for the first time to get my nails done, and left with 2 bleeding thumbs and a broken nail the next day. My nail tech was also repeatedly coughing without a mask which made me highly uncomfortable as this was supposed to be a relaxing spa treatment.
