All the glowing reviews kind of surprise me, to be honest. My experience with them has been nothing but a headache and I regret choosing them. I tried to schedule an appointment at the office in Orange, since I'm in Newark, but for some reason they had me go go the way up to Paterson. But that's only the beginning. The day before, I get the standard voicemail asking me to call them back and confirm my appointment for 5:30. I do, and the woman on the phone says, "Okay, we'll see you at 5:00!" This was my first time getting an MRI and I felt comfortable from the time I walked in. The doctor also explained everything to me and the office itself made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend. The space is clean, neat, and welcoming. Upon entering they make sure you know where the bathroom is, they if you need anything such as water, coffee, tea, etc. The staff is extremely nice and professional!

I had an MRI done here a couple of weeks ago, and was a very pleasant experience. The waiting area was super clean and neat. Madeline, the lady at the front desk, was so sweet and so welcoming. Upon checking in, she explained how everything would work with the procedure, who the doctor was, and what my wait time would be. She also answered any questions that I had and offered me coffee and water to help me get comfortable before my MRI.
