Every time I need supplies they say I have no insurance. I call my insurance and they call pinnacle. Three weeks later I call to check on my supplies, which I am out of and they have done NOTHING!! They could care less about people and do everything they can to make sure we know it.. How is this business still operating!!
I just found out they sold out to another company that is why the company is terrible I would not use this company I do not recommend them they are ridiculous they cannot get their order straight supervisors never call you back
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 22 years of being a diabetic. They lie to you, tell you someone will be in contact and never are, they tell you issues have been resolved and they are not and when you try to call to figure out what is going on, they hang up on you. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I have been waiting on my son's medical supplies since I ordered them on Feb. 28th. I have called everyday for the last 12 days and I get a different lie each time I call as to why they can't ship. Yesterday they said I have a balance on my account. I offered to pay it right then but as she checked into it further, it was actually a credit on my account where I overpaid for the last supplies. Consistent subpar customer service. Communicating via text is completely unreliable. I was billed and sent a text that my shipment would be going out, but they never followed up or sent a tracking number. Upon calling today, no shipment has been sent so I will be out of supplies for several more days. I have had similar problems time after time over the last three years and it is beyond frustrating! I have not moved my business because of the hassle, but will be doing so now. Enough.
Do NOT use Pinnacle Medical Solutions! The customer service is TERRIBLE. +If you call, you can expect to be put on hold for 10 - 18+ minutes and then you will be given excuse after excuse. They failed to send a transmitter, as promised, which makes the Dexcom system useless! I sent a text telling them the transmitter was dying and it took almost 3 weeks for them to respond! Pinnacle always call me before I run out of supplies. My order is at my door within 2-3 days. Much better service than I was getting from liberty. Thanks so much for always being there for me.
It is so comforting to speak to someone and not to have to listen to numerous automated voice messages when you need to order diabetic supplies. In addition, I am always treated with respect. Thank you for that.
