Too many issues to list here. Staff messed up my follow-up visit by not helping with the completion of my prior lab work referral, so had to cancel appointment twice & no one cared. Absolutely NO communication within office staff, especially no concern from orthopedic surgeon for my painful severely arthritic knee which is only becoming worse as time passes. No counseling advice regarding surgery options. I am a senior, alone, and in severe pain. Can't hardly walk.

100% INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I was rescheduled TWICE due to a "family emergency." The first reschedule was understandable. The second time was completely inconsiderate. I'm not a heartless person, but their office called me Friday morning to confirm Monday morning's appointment, just 3 days later. I was told there would be paperwork to fill out so I needed to come in early to fill it out. I had an appointment for my son at 3:00pm. When we first came in I saw a few people who had brought their kids but with no appointments. I waited 30mins after my appointment but no call yet. After 45mins later we were called. First and last time I come here.

Hay solo una doctora, con conocimiento básico, intenta revisar a 5 o 6 niños al mismo tiempo, me explico, si tienes la cita a la 2 de la tarde es posible que te atiendan a las 5:30, la chicas de recepción te atienden muy bien, sus enfermeras también, pero la doctora pasa a tu habitación 2 o 3 minutos para darte un diagnóstico X y te medica. Es muy triste tener que usar el servicio de OPTUM, eso es lo que el estado le da a mis hijas por los taxes que pago. Recomiendo buscar un lugar digno para tus hijos.
