At first, I was absolutely happy with Dr. Ahmed; he is really nice and professional. But a couple of months ago, we received a notification about transferring him to another location. My husband went to the clinic immediately to choose a new doctor. We received confirmation from reception about transferring to Dr. Samira, but nobody told us to book a "welcome greeting meeting" with her. Went there when I was 16weeks pregnant. The nurses were great and so as the front desk. Doctor Unac blamed me how late I went for medical advice. I explained to him how sick I was at the beginning of the pregnancy and I could not even manage to get out of the house and find a doctor. He then just kept saying how uncomfortable he was I didn’t go to a doctor blah blah blah. I felt I was being judged and felt very uncomfortable being there. Of course he was not empathetic. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. My doctor retired. So I got stuck with a new doctor, well I think he has a medical license. I believe this is his first job. It was very hard to get an appointment in the beginning, then follow up appointment to 3 to 4 weeks. I have missed a few appointments and paid, well this Monday I missed an appointment because of a family emergency. They don't pick up the god damn phone! I've phoned them several times over the past week to try and cancel an appointment. Yet, every time I'm put on hold. I wait five minutes then I have to hang up because I got to go back to work. I can't put in for a call back because where I work I can't answer private phone calls on a whim.
Dr ahmed is a very talented and smart doctor he knows my husband and my diagnose and prescribes the medicine what we need i really like him I recommend him Margaret larson
