One of the worsts doctors I’ve been to. The front ladies are amazing the doctors on the other hand… my experience as follows: I came from Ontario looking for a new doctor obviously. I’ve been healing from an Injury for over a year now and asked for a follow up on how can improve as I’m always still in pain. I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Pinnacle Medical. My family doctor, Dr. Fahim, is so incredibly caring. He truly shows immense care for his patients and remembers you and your past history. Beyond medical practice alone, his charisma and kind heart shines through in every visit. Any health concern that I bring up is always heard, validated, and treated accordingly. 10/10 experience! Nikki and Nilusha, the receptionists at this clinic are truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with kindness, empathy, and genuine care. I started seeing Dr. Raza in July 2017 at Crowfoot. The front counter staff were efficient and pleasant, Nilusha, Brittany and Nikki. If I called for a quick necessary appointment, they were always very accommodating. Dr. Raza has been an amazing, caring doctor and I moved with her to Tri-Med at Nolan Hill. I continue to stop and say hello to the staff when I am at Co-op. Thank you for your amazing services, keep smiling.🙏

Terrible experience. Waited for 45 mins. Don't recomend to anyone that is curious about their health/blood. Ali was saying that only if I have issues they will give requesitions for anything I'm concerned about. Apparently that's his "philosophy". Meet and greet was only for 10 mins long and rush me out. Ali made me feel like it's not okay to waste their resources if you are not sick. My wife and baby go to this clinic and because of this experience they lose my family as patients.
