Second time I receive bad service this time from the doctors. I been in pills for years, and the doctor who is taking over my fam doc, does not want to approve my fax order request because he/her has not seen me in person. Not long ago I had a full check from another doctor done at this same place and I asked if it was possible to have the refill approved by her, but is also not possible as she wasn’t the one prescribing me those pills. Honestly is just a waist of my time, there is a reason why I request a refill by fax.
