I've had a few massages from Alex and after the first one I knew that he had to be my massage therapist from now on. I'm a cosmetologist so when I get massages, I want knots worked out and to feel refreshed so I can take care of my body with the strenuous work I do. Alex really listens to what I want to focus on that session and he delivers. He will also take the time to teach you stretches to do at home to better your problem areas to feel your best.

Amazing experience! Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in massage therapy. I deal with piriformis syndrome and this latest flare up is pretty gnarly in regards to pain. Physical therapy exercises weren't really benefiting me this time around. Sleep was becoming more and more difficult due to the burning pain running all the way down my leg. I meet Alex, couple of months ago while looking for a massage therapist for my back and neck while going thru recovery of a rear ended car accident. Not to mention I suffer from a chronic lower back pain because of a previous work related accident which lead to 3 lower back surgeries and 2 on my wrist. Alex has been my massage therapist for 6+ years. I have followed his practice from Ballard to Shoreline. He does an amazing job, is very professional and truly tailors each session to what you need. Even though there are plenty of therapists in Ballard where I live, I will continue to drive to Shoreline for body work. Without a doubt.
