Not only do they not provide livable homes, they expect me to pay double rent because I'm breaking the lease because I can't live in this house anymore. I'm pregnant and yet they don't even care about the tenant being anywhere comfortable. It's 91 degrees in this house until maybe 12 am, then it's like 80 something. I would never recommend this place.
By far the worst apartment group, they have no concern for anyone that lives in there apartments and only want your money. They have the worst communication with the tenants and could give a crap about any problems your having. It takes them weeks to reply to any concerns you have I would definitely tell everyone to avoid any apartments that deal with this group.
