This is regarding Pinnacle Management in Fairfield Ohio terrible company or management to rent from I'm being put out with only 30-day notice claiming they are doing away with the month to month lease when I asked can I sign up for yearly lease my request was ignored they are terrible with cleaning up the lots during hazardous situations during the winter and they really have no compassion for anyone shortcomings they're very judgmental and rude
Slumlords. I live next door to one of their rental properties. The roof is patched with a tarp, the gutters are falling off the house, trees have fallen in the back yard (one fell on the shed), critters live under the dilapidated shed and there is brush about 6 feet deep at the back fence line They do nothing to update the property. This house is the worst on the street.
