My son is the owner of a unit at Pinnacle on the Park , a development by Pinnacle International. The unit has been rented to tenants, and I have been closely involved in dealing with ongoing issues with the unit. The AC system has had recurring problems since the building was completed, including water leakage and repeated repair attempts. Unfortunately, some of the managers of this company are trying to harass and threaten the tenants instead of responding and accepting responsibility for their shortcomings. And if the issue is pursued, they will do their utmost to harass the tenant.
Ugly buildings. Your new project in Toronto is abolutely horrendous. Biggest eyesore in the city and has ruined the skyline. Ego matters more than history

My Experience at 3846 Carrigan Court, Burnaby I really don’t recommend renting in this building. It’s very old, and many things inside are broken or in bad shape. The manager is not helpful at all — when I called her to fix my kitchen cabinet, she completely ignored my request. No one came to repair it. What made it worse is that after I moved out, they didn’t return my deposit, even though I kept the place clean and in good condition. It was a very disappointing and stressful experience.
