My Experience at 3846 Carrigan Court, Burnaby I really don’t recommend renting in this building. It’s very old, and many things inside are broken or in bad shape. The manager is not helpful at all — when I called her to fix my kitchen cabinet, she completely ignored my request. No one came to repair it. What made it worse is that after I moved out, they didn’t return my deposit, even though I kept the place clean and in good condition. It was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of the refrigerator water filter pipe installed by Pinnacle International. The product failed just shortly after the warranty expired, which clearly shows poor durability and quality control. The plumber inspected and said that was a cheap and poor quality beucase it made from unreliable plastic The water pipe cracked suddenly in midnight , and caused serious water damage throughout my home with 5 minutes .
