I bought a unit pre construction eight years ago. After six years of residing in my unit, my floor tiles started moving and cracking. An inspection revealed that Pinnacle did not put glue under 80% of my kitchen and bathroom tiles. Buyers beware! I now have a list of owners and agents who purchased units in the Pinnacle Uptown towers and have the same issue. Pinnacle has yet to reply me.
I recently moved into Pinnacle East Scarborough, and although I had quite a few issues from my pre-delivery inspection, Justin Mangal really made the whole experience much less stressful and much more positive. Moving in with a list of things to fix can be overwhelming, but Justin was always on top of it. He followed up, kept me updated, and made sure everything got taken care of properly. I am the owner of a condo at pinnacle east condos I spoke to Justin Mangal multiple times over the course of 5 months regarding an issue I had with an appliance. He told me that he had reported the issue to the manufacturer. Justin Mangal is the worst representation of pinnacle builder he is not helpful at all. He doesn't address anyone issues . He should be fired. The builder is not bad Justin just made the builder looks bad.
