Where can I begin the worst builder for 2025 preconstruction condos. Justin Mangal the worst customer service . Many defective they would tell you there are 600 other units that are defective you need to wait . Really ??? Not my problem the unit is not inhabitable it’s your problem builder you need to fix it . especially the heating. Don’t know why the city passed the inspection for occupancy while my 1 st day already no heat
Used to be one of the best developers in Toronto so I'm not sure what happened to them. Currently in occupancy on one of their new builds and it is a complete nightmare. From zero communication to zero accountability. Sloppy workmanship and cheap finishes everywhere. One month in and my unit still has defects all over and no one is reachable.
