Pinnacle performed the inspection on my house and the report was superficial and concentrated on cosmetic and obvious issues. They neglected to detect major problems with the 3 chimneys which would have decreased the bargaining price substantially ($16,000). They inspected the roof line with binoculars and should have been able to see that the chimney mortor was failing. Interior clues were that there had been ceiling and wall repairs near the chimneys.
