Anybody who has been caught up in the medical, insurance, pre-notification cycle knows it can be a nightmare to deal with. I was in a very frustrating situation getting my MRI approved and scheduled. Kari at Pinnacle went above and beyond to help me! Always communicated, always returned calls promptly, and did whatever she could to help!
