A/C died on hottest day of the year. Pinnacle had someone onsite the next day and was able to replace the needed part from inventory carried on the truck. Never would have expected them to be able to help me that quickly.

There are loads of options for HVAC services in MetroWest Boston; Sadly I can no longer recommend PINNACLE HVAC. We were customers for over 5 years and recommended them to family and friends and even wrote glowing reviews. Unfortunately Jay the owner showed he only wants to sell expensive new systems even when you don't need them. He took a deposit for a new boiler and when we had a change of heart because we had other more pressing expenses, we told Jay we needed the money back. January 2025: quick update to my previous review. Going with Pinnacle was among my best decisions. The systems they installed work perfectly for my home. A recent routine service call was easy to schedule, on time, and I was very satisfied. The heat pumps they installed a year and a half ago have performed well, the system was scoped well for my home. The Viessmann boiler they installed a year ago is a vast improvement over the old boiler that was in my basement taking up an excessive amount of space and running inefficientl... read more
