There are loads of options for HVAC services in MetroWest Boston; Sadly I can no longer recommend PINNACLE HVAC. We were customers for over 5 years and recommended them to family and friends and even wrote glowing reviews. Unfortunately Jay the owner showed he only wants to sell expensive new systems even when you don't need them. January 2025: quick update to my previous review. Going with Pinnacle was among my best decisions. The systems they installed work perfectly for my home. A recent routine service call was easy to schedule, on time, and I was very satisfied. The heat pumps they installed a year and a half ago have performed well, the system was scoped well for my home. The Viessmann boiler they installed a year ago is a vast improvement over the old boiler that was in my basement taking up an excessive amount of space and running inefficientl... read more

Pinnacle HVAC did a fantastic job and the service was performed at a reasonable price and efficiently. We have used other companies in the past but were referred to Pinnacle because of their attentiveness. We are now a customer whenever the needs arises. The technician was great!
