Pinnacle is by far the best HVAC company in the state! They have knowledgeable technicians and stellar customer service. We had the privilege of working with Jimmy and he is simply the best! He evaluated my entire system and identified all the issues and provided the solutions. The company is realistic in terms of timelines, cost and part availability. You can’t go wrong with this company. Make sure to call them for your HVAC needs.
Our AC stopped working last night (8/13) and Jay (the owner) promptly contacted me the next morning and arrived to get it fixed within two hours. I’ve never met a repairman that was so timely and kind! He was great to talk with both about maintenance and future projects and got to know me and my neighbor a bit as well. A/C died on hottest day of the year. Pinnacle had someone onsite the next day and was able to replace the needed part from inventory carried on the truck. Never would have expected them to be able to help me that quickly.
