Our AC stopped working last night (8/13) and Jay (the owner) promptly contacted me the next morning and arrived to get it fixed within two hours. I’ve never met a repairman that was so timely and kind! He was great to talk with both about maintenance and future projects and got to know me and my neighbor a bit as well. A/C died on hottest day of the year. Pinnacle had someone onsite the next day and was able to replace the needed part from inventory carried on the truck. Never would have expected them to be able to help me that quickly.
There are loads of options for HVAC services in MetroWest Boston; Sadly I can no longer recommend PINNACLE HVAC. We were customers for over 5 years and recommended them to family and friends and even wrote glowing reviews. Unfortunately Jay the owner showed he only wants to sell expensive new systems even when you don't need them. He took a deposit for a new boiler and when we had a change of heart because we had other more pressing expenses, we told Jay we needed the money back.
