After knee joint replacement surgery (TKR) I signed up for Pinnacle Home Health Care. The Nurse was very good. The Physical Therapy coordinator named Alex, visited and said he would send a therapist in the morning. Alex completely dropped the ball. He failed to turn in his report that day or the next day. As a result, NO physical therapist came by for 3 days despite numerous phone calls that I made to Pinnacle. Loss of 3 days without PT set back my recovery. This company is a very disrespectful, dishonest, insanitary, and incompetent group.
Have used for over a year for labs, physical therapy and general well care. The nurses have been awesome, not so much office staff/support. Finally had to quit them as they care on cost over care.
