I had a bad experience with this company. An RN on her 2nd day of work decided to tell me that I should take my husband back to the ER because he is not using his oxygen tank while sleeping. I found that odd as she has NO right to discharge my husband. I would not recommend this agency.
They get 2 stars because most of the nurses we dealt with were lovely and the first 2 days of home health care were good. At the day 2 appointment, I learned that I was expected to take over administering my husband's intravenous medications. I do not have any medical training and was very nervous about doing the IV. At the 3rd appointment, I told the nurse I did not feel confident about administering the medications. She told me I was doing fine but I insisted that I wanted additional nurses visits. Whitny is the ideal home nurse. She is a patient advocate, as well an excellent wound care person. She observes the patient condition and alerts other related medical team when needed. Very mature and wise beyond her age. Wayne
