Rating of a 1 because zero is not an option. After knee surgery no one showed up. After several calls, a nurse showed up - explained there had been a system change & she was only here to let us know someone would call that evening to let us know when a PT would show up the next day. While a PT did show up, they did a decent job & left a printout with instructions for exercises to perform. The PT explained another PT would call & schedule a time fir another visit.
