Great Doctors and friendly staff. Dr Mike fixed me up and got me back to deadlifting again and fixed my issue with my forearm. Highly recommend them.

We see Dr. Mike Penkin. He has been teaching both My 17 yr old and I. For my teenage daughter he is teaching her techniques with Movements to help her adjust from sitting at a desk all day to playing sports. I’m learning how to stand up from sitting... (of all things..) It’s not always about getting an adjustment. Learning, It’s about how we move.
Dr Sarah has helped me numerous times relive pain and regain range of motion. Very knowledgeable and explains what she’s doin and what should be done for follow up very well!
I love coming to this place! Dr. James has helped me way too much through back pain, injuries, and other issues. He is extremely attentive, cares about his patients, and takes time to get to know you & your issues. I will be a forever patient here. Alex LMT is one of the most incredible people I’ve met. His knowledge and level of expertise is amazing. I have been seeing Alex now for over 2 years with immense shoulder pain and lower back pain revolved around working and exercising. He knows exactly what my pain points are and gives me the best exercises and items to work on outside of the office to ease the pain. I cannot say enough good things about PInnacle Hill and their staff. Thank you for all that you do for us
Dr. James is the best chiropractor in Rochester! Especially if you are a dancer, he is the one you want to see. As a former professional dancer himself, he really understands the unique circumstances and needs dancers have. He takes into consideration our work load and the way our bodies need to perform, e.g. in "turn out." Go see Dr. James to feel better!
Dr. Sarah has been treating me since 20 weeks of my pregnancy (second baby), treating my hip, and lower back pain. She is wonderful!!! I wish I had seen her for my first pregnancy when it hurt so much to walk. She has done wonders. Thank you!
I absolutely love Dr. Caitlyn! I was in so much pain from my pregnancy and she helped me out tremendously. I don't have personal experience as my baby isn't here yet, but she also offers services for babies too!
