I just signed a lease for a second year. This apartment complex has been a very pleasant surprise after I relocated back to Utah last summer. It’s a great location, the apartment is spacious and the complex well maintained, and the gym and pool area are really nice. I selected an apartment that came with a garage included in the rent, and it’s nice not to pay an extra huge amount for a garage, as I have in the past at other apartments. Just went on a tour of this place, and it’s beautiful! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend taking a tour to see the grounds, if you are looking for a new apartment to rent!
