Very smooth on applications, great service with Dino, very pleased with process. Clean and nice place to live.
Excellent experience living here for two years. Predatory move out practices. Julie Koch, Regional Manager, really soured my experience by being rude when I questioned the move out charges. I requested explanations for their decision making behind assigning charges (If they decide to counter this combatively in a comment response I will update this to provide full details). Me and my daughter toured a couple units and we fell in love. The spacious closets, the kitchen counters and appliances. My absolute fav is the huge tub in the master bedroom ! I will be applying. Dino helped us and was very professional, nice, & answered my many of questions with no problem! The other staff were also very friendly and welcoming as well !
