Management was super helpful in smoothing out our move-in. They are readily available and on top of things. The grounds and pools are kept in great shape. We love our apartment.
This complex pulled a bait and switch. They showed me one style apartment saying that the one I would be renting would be the same layout, just different colors. I was ok with that. However, when I got into the apartment I was supposed to be renting, the layout of the kitchen was completely different! Beyond that, the apartment was dirty, had dead bugs everywhere, windows that wouldn't open, the front door had to be slammed into in order to open, window screen needing to be repaired/replaced, cracks inside the refrigerator a... read more
Move in was simple and the staff was very helpful. The maintenance staff, especially Baylor, has been amazing as well.
We’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but this was by far the worst experience. Our unit had mold, and during the winter, we actually had ice forming on the inside of both the bedroom and guest bedroom windows — yes, ice on the inside! We even had a window specialist come out, and they confirmed the windows needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. We had to sleep with multiple blankets and ended up buying extra heaters just to stay warm. Do yourself a favor — stay far away from this place.
Awful. Expect micromanagement, illegal entries without notice, and price gouging if you want to renew your lease.
