Great experience! My husband and I lived here for nearly 5 years and from start to finish we loved it here! We moved because we bought our first home, but the leasing staff was great to work with, the maintenance team was on top of fixes and always professional. The entire check out process when we broke our lease was pretty seamless and the leasing staff was always helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have had a very positive experience moving to Pinnacle Highland. The staff is friendly and very responsive and I was able to sign the lease quickly. My apartment was clean and ready to go and the move-in was seamless. So far it is a clean, quiet place to live. I’m glad I chose to make this my place my home.
I've lived at pinnacle highland for about three years, and overall I've been very happy here! Pros: Management and maintenance are great. Our water heater went out late on a Sunday and they came and replaced it that same night. Most issues are fixed very quickly through the online portal, and when the AC unit outside our house went out and started loudly humming every 3 minutes, I called the office and they made sure to send somebody out the same day.
