I toured with Dino for the Highland Pinnacle Apartments last week and he was excellent. Dino was very friendly and knowledgeable yet also transparent. By far the best leasing agent and tour I went on between 5 others I had the same day. And by far the nicest complex and nicest apartments within this price range. And easily the safest location. Cute place, nice receptionist!!
My roommate and I have been looking at several places to call our new home. We did a tour here at Pinnacle and were not only impressed by the staff, by the other tenants as well! We were greeted with smiles and super friendly smiles from the leasing agents, and as we were looking at the amenities the other tenants were saying how much they loved it here, encouraging us to apply. Recently was able to tour a 3 bedroom. Staff is so kind and answered our questions and even though I signed up for a guided tour, we were able to do a self guided tour. Beautiful apartments!
If I were leaving this review for maintenance and the onsite staff alone it would be 5 stars, but I moved here because of how close to the mountains it is and because I would have space to store my outdoor gear. My patio has a small alcove where my storage shelf fit perfectly, and after 6 months management just threatened to evict me because the owners don't want "clutter" on the patio. The storage closet is tiny, and I have paddleboards, a tent, Christmas tree, skis, and camping equipment which simply does not fit. I have m... read more
