I was thinking of living here, but after reading the bad reviews, I felt compelled to leave another bad review, just to support all the damage and stress this place has caused their residents LOL. Definitely not living here after reading these reviews. Holy Cow!
We moved in 2 weeks ago and are so happy. The whole process from our tour to move in day was so easy due to the wonderful staff. They are so friendly, helpful and patient (as i had silly questions im sure! Lol) we had 2 "issues" that needed addressed/ fixed in the apartment and they completed 1 the same day inotified and the next was done the next day. Maintenance were so friendly as well. And I often see them around the community cleaning up whatever trash or debris may be around. Highly recommend checking it out!
I like a lot the location and the apartment. The move-in and move-out processes are smooth. The maintenance team is great and quick. The gym and pool are convenient and amazing! This is a great place to live! A little playground for kids would be a great addition to the complex.
Application and check-in process was very professional and smooth. Maintenance team is highly responsive. Dino and the office team were great.
Pinnacle highland apartments is a great place to live. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the people who work there are very helpful and patient. Dino helped me go through the process and he answered all my questions and concerns patiently and respectfully. I recommend this place to anyone. Great view as well.
