Great service from Pinnacle - saved us lots of money! Our furnace had a problem and we called emergency services from a company over the weekend. The person who came quoted $1450 to replace the faulty inducer motor ($1305 for the part) but it couldn't be done until Monday. For that price, we were prepared to just buy a new furnace since ours is over 20 years old. We’ve been With Pinnical for 10+ years. Reliable and I believe well trained staff, and everything we’ve had them out here for they’ve taken care of in a timely manner. I have recommended them to family and neighbors.
New company to me this year but came as a recommendation from a co-worker. Needed AC work done during the summer. Pinnacle was very responsive and very reasonable. Could have tried to sell me on a new system but made the old one work well with some repairs. Signed up for an annual maintenance plan and they have again been proactive, responsive and professional all the way. Definitely recommend.
