Pinnacle has been great! Moving into a 100-year-old house and figuring out how to heat and cool it without going broke is an adventure but they're making it as easy as possible. In addition to maintaining our unit, they're recommending what to do when it needs to be replaced and their recommendation isn't the biggest fanciest HVAC you can find. Instead it's scaling to something that's actually appropriate to the house and finding efficiency to get the most bang for our buck. Extremely happy thus far.
They came out fixed my leak good service I messed up installing my new thermostat they fixed that great price and fair very happy I definitely recommend
Great service from Pinnacle - saved us lots of money! Our furnace had a problem and we called emergency services from a company over the weekend. The person who came quoted $1450 to replace the faulty inducer motor ($1305 for the part) but it couldn't be done until Monday. For that price, we were prepared to just buy a new furnace since ours is over 20 years old.
