Do not recommend. I think they deleted my last review somehow, but this place is terrible. Doctor is never running on time and never remembers previous discussions. Isn't that what notes are for?
I went to see Dr. K With an appointment and I waited over 40 minutes and I went out to the front desk to ask. When am I going to see the doctor They told me she’s still seeing another patient so I have to wait when I was about to return to the room, they put somebody else in the room and they said to me Oh, are you still here? I was very disappointed to wait that long and not be seen by the doctor.. I’m never going back.
Would highly not recommend this practice due to Dr. K. I have medication I take that I need to be taking monthly and she refused to see me due to a “fee” that has to be paid for the prior authorization done but she’s not allowed to charge a fee due to my insurance and when I told her assistant that, Dr. K said “she wanted me to book another appointment just so she could charge my insurance but that I didn’t need to show up since it wouldn’t be an actual appointment… literally wanted me to commit insurance fraud by saying I “... read more
Terrible experience. My blood was sent without going through insurance, leaving me with big bills. When I called, they brushed me off and told me to email, but never responded. The doctor ( I think dr. K or something) doesn’t listen, only talks over patients. Very unprofessional and careless.
Dr. K is fantastic, she takes the time to listen to her patients and answers questions. Her staff is amazing as well.
