I am more than satisfied with the service from Pinnacle Auto Glass; the technicians were very professional and arrived on time, and my windshield was replaced efficiently and professionally. From the very first call, my appointment was set up, and they handled the entire claims process—I didn't have to waste time calling the glass claims department myself. Highly recommended.

If you want real customer service, look no further! From the first call to set my appointment until my vehicle had a brand new windshield in it was exactly 2 hours! The office staff was amazing and the technicians who installed the glass were too! 5 stars are not enough! Don’t waste your time on those people that you see on TV, support independent companies. I promise you it’s worth it!!

Had the rear glass replaced. Gave one star because it doesn't seem to leak. They didn't reinstall the third brake light, had to come back to fix it, but it doesn't work because they never connected the wiring to the glass for the third brake light, the radio antenna, or rear window defrost. My insurance company set this up, I would never use this company. I have 37 years in the auto repair industry and I've seen a lot of glass companies, this is the worst one ever.

Just called the Holbrook location to get my windshield replaced, quick reliable good service and nice, the technicians even let my 5 year old watch and see how they do it! I would definitely recommend 5 stars
