For a “luxury” apartment insulation is terrible. They’re replacing carpet with laminate floor and it’s clear the building relied almost completely on the carpet to dampen noise. Prior to this I loved living here now I wake up and sleep to upstairs noise. It’s awful. I understand it’s an apartment and noise is expected but for how high rent is I sure expected better.
I would like to personally thank Lisa Q, for her outstanding leadership roles here at Emrald pointe. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Lisa, would solve it immediately, which gave us confort..

Giving one star because it’s always full of roaches at night, homeless people walking inside the apartment complex, staff at the front office act rude.
