The apartment complex was excellent very clean with a swimming pool and gym that were always open and well maintained. I have lived in places where the pool was closed for most of the year due to maintenance but this was not the case here. The management team was also very responsive and helpful. There are so many pubs and restaurants that you can walk to....but We ultimately moved out because our apartment was located at the corner of Commonwealth and Lemon Street which is a very busy intersection across from the fire stati... read more
For a “luxury” apartment insulation is terrible. They’re replacing carpet with laminate floor and it’s clear the building relied almost completely on the carpet to dampen noise. Prior to this I loved living here now I wake up and sleep to upstairs noise. It’s awful. I understand it’s an apartment and noise is expected but for how high rent is I sure expected better.
