Absolutely love this bank! From the tellers to the manager! Especially Amber Puryear! She is my personal and business banker and has helped me for years! Highly recommend if you’re a small business owner!
The 2 stars are because for one they lock the doors a whole hour before the bank closing hours, so I can’t ever get in to speak to a advisor about what’s going on with my account. Secondly, my loan officer for four years, Amber is always on vacation like literally no lie. This lady is always on vacation and in 4 years I’ve only spoken to her four times on the phone never in person because she’s always on vacation.
