I have been banking with this bank four a couple of years now.I hate to even say this but they have got to be so unprofessional.I am always having pending charges no matter what I do.One minute I check my balance and I got money in there and the next 15 minutes I check it again and I haven't even purchased anything I see negative.I don't know who is adding and subtracting but they sure don't know what they are doing.I will advise everyone plz bank somewhere else

I won’t be continuing business with this bank. I came in with unauthorized charges and was credited back by the company that charged me. They (the bank) in return charged me those same charges back on top of overdraft fees which I requested not to have when I signed up. They’re crooks.

I’ve been banking there for near 30 years but the service has steadily declined within the last year. Simple tasks to get a new debit card , signing a form and transferring a 401k we’re not completed successfully and caused more stress than necessary not to mention money .

Don't think they are very friendly brought my autistic son in to make a dep the teller was not at ease.I felt uncomfortable
