Was unaware that you can't make a large transaction until more people (workers) are in the bank before 9:00 am. Got there about 8:17 am and waited until 8:30 am when someone arrived only to be told that she had to wait for someone else to present (this was at the drive-thru) and that the vault was not opened. I kinda understood and went to another location.
This Bank seems to be a good group of people. The Branch manager reached out personally to me to go over a few banking concerns I had, and was even willing to meet with me one on one for some financial coaching...Great Guy, very professional.
This bank will hold your deposits just to watch you rack up returned item fees! Been banking there for 10 years ( Business Account)NEVER had any issues until recently! VERY PISSED! will be switching over
