This company contacted us to fix a retaining pond they started with someone else. They didn’t have the materials for the drain box or pipe. So I got him to send the plans to me and I forwarded them to the supply company so they could work up an estimate. Which I did , the first estimate needed to be revised per engineer notes. Sent back to supplier to revise , I forwarded to him the updated plan they sent me for approval.
