I cannot believe the lack of respect and dignity I received from this establishment. I came in with hives all over my face that were blistered. Karen Crowell refused to give me medical treatment. At the appointment, she gave me an exam and then never called in a prescription or gave me the referral to an allergy doctor. I'm forced to self medicate with over the counter medicine. Been seeing Dr k Crowell for 10+ maybe 15+ years. She cares. That's all.
I have been With pinnacle family medicine for over 15 years and she is a good doctor, but I have a hard time getting my prescriptions refilled and getting medication for my bipolar depression, which she will not prescribe and I have been calling her and calling her and calling her to get refills on my medication and I don’t believe it’s a doctor I believe it She is a sweetheart. I don’t want to switch doctors, but it’s getting to the point that I’m gonna have to because of my medical condition.
I really tried to give this office a chance. I don't know if it's the office staff or dr. First I took SEVERAL calls to get a call back for an initial appt. When I finally did, the doctor did a good exam, saying she found my Thyroid was enlarged. I had an appt in Dec. 2023, and I still haven't gotten final word if there is anything going on with my Thyroid. Then there has been a delay on getting refills with Rx. I am VERY disappointed and disgruntled. now I have to start over with finding a dr.
