Tina Mabe is a caring provider. Unfortunately her clinic was closed and another dr took over the business.
Tried to get in to see Tina to get medications renewed and was told she is no longer taking insurance. I asked for a Saturday and the receptionist, who is her mother, was very rude and kept giving me times during the week!!! I asked can she just call in my blood pressure medicine and I’ll make an appointment after the whole insurance thing gets worked out. The receptionist flat out told me no! The secretary or office manager (not sure her title) is terrible. She is rude and not helpful. Getting an appointment as a new patient was a nightmare and now trying to work with them to get an MRI done is even worse. She will simply cut you off and has terrible customer service. I have never had an experience this bad in any office . I almost wish I had the phone number of the doctor who owns this practice to let him know what a disservice this person is doing. Don’t go here.. it’s a headache through and through.
Worst front office I have ever seen. I switched doctors due to moving away and a records request was made back in November by my new doctor for my medical records. I had an appointment with the new doctor on Dec. 13 and they had still not yet received my records from Pinnacle and were limited in what they could discuss with me. I called and asked them to please send my records over as it had been more than a month and I have an upcoming appointment on Jan. 13.
