Update: The office states they attempted to communicate this balance previously. However, this was not clearly communicated to me at the time of scheduling. While I understand billing policies, I would have expected clearer communication upfront—especially when it affects a child’s scheduled visit. Everybody here has been very kind and polite. A very well-run office, and the doctors are knowledgeable and personable.
All staff are very friendly and professional i recommend all patients to visit once and price is affordable
The staff was great! They were very transparent with explaining my options available with my insurance. I loved the variety of frames available for me to choose from. They made my visit there an awesome experience.
This was my first visit here and I was very happy with the friendly service and the clear, detailed explanation of my test results by the doctor. I will be returning here for my future eye examinations. While I didn't need any this visit they have a large selection of new frames to chose from. A+
