My first time at pinnacle for an eye exam was great. Dr. Nguyen gave me her undivided attention for a full hour! She even waited with me chitchatting while waiting for my eyes to dilate. She was very open and friendly, and also very knowledgeable. I had lasik five years ago and dr. Nguyen was very interested in how I was doing since my surgery. Great service, amazing with kids as well. I went with my 2 kids and we all got our eyes tested. Prompt service, we were there on time and did not have to wait. The kids thought it was fun, they got to see how everything works and the doctor answered all their questions. It is not everyday the kids get to see a picture if the inside of their eyeball. Tough to be told your eyes are getting worse with age, but going to a great eye care Doctor helps! Dr. Savochka was grat and his assistant, Marianne was awesome and helped me find the perfect frames for me. If you want a great place for eye care, no better plce then Pinnacle Eye Care1
I am so very pleased with this eye care practice. My Dad recommended I come here and I was not disappointed. Dr. Savochka was very thorough in going with the eye exam and I even told him that the service at Pinnacle was so much better compared to my former eye doctor. While waited for my eyes to be dilated, I was able to browse the frames and pick out one that I really wanted. Thank you to Pinnacle Eye Care for providing amazing service. What amazing service. Both doctors were amazing with my kids. Dr. Savochka was so gentle and thorough with the exam. He was very honest and did not insist my little one needed glasses due to her stigmatism but because of her squinting issues I opted to get her glasses. They had many to choose from in all price range and Dr. Savochka and staff helped pick out, fitted, and ready in less than half an hour. Only thing I regret is not taking my kids in for a complete eye exam sooner to address the issue.
