Merry Sold our Santa Clarita home in 3 days of showings, received 14 competing bids, weeded through them and presented the 2 best to us on the 4th day after listing. Merry was absolutely the right choice for us. We found her to be very personable yet professional....Always right on top of things and always kept us informed up-to-the minute. Merry was knowledgeable and attentive and managed multiple offers such that we got a lot over asking, reflecting the full market value. She knows the whole SCV and gets buyers in. BTW, she served me well on the house I bought, as well. There were multiple offers on that, and I won the bidding based on her advice for how to bid. I’d use her again, except I love my new house, so I don’t plan to move! But if I do I’ll call Merry.

It was such a great experience working with Merry!! She was very knowledgeable with the local market and very communicative. She was easy to get ahold of and got answers to every question we had quickly. We received constant updates as to where were at in the sales process!
