I had a very disappointing experience with Pinnacle Estate Properties. Despite providing a full list of repairs, inspection reports, and repair estimates within five days—and notifying them at every step—they took an entire week to respond to our request for repairs or a credit. The property had significant issues, including termite damage, mold, and several structural concerns. There are great realtors out there, but then there's Marc. He truly is the best in the business. Marc goes above and beyond for his clients.
