excellent professional treatment by Kelly Richards.
Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, very nice. She takes the time with patients. I have recommended the practice to a couple of my friends and family. I sent three people to the office. I am also going to start recommending Kelly too!
Pinnacle ENT staff are very professional, caring and informative on ear care.
Excellent service. Unfortunately Doug Price PA retired but Kelly Richard’s took his place and was fantastic. The transition was great, and while I will miss Doug Kelly is an excellent replacement. I go every 4 months because I have menieres and excessive wax buildup.
