The amount of positive reviews are absolutely shocking. Unless you want to be gaslit, don’t go here. I came in because I had terrible pain in my ears that had been going on for four months. They tried to tell me the pain was in my head and that it was because I grind my teeth. Went to get a second opinion… guess what?! DOUBLE EAR INFECTION. How are you an ENT but can’t tell I have an ear infection? Wild. Anyway, don’t recommend this place at all.
I received excellent care. The doctor was thorough and did not rush me as a first time patient. He explained everything well. The office seems to be very well run, professional and friendly.
Pinnacle ENT is the best. The staff and Dr Downey were kind and friendly. It was a nice experience going there.
In my most recent visit to Pinnacle I saw Dr Timothy Downey who was thorough, informative and cordial in explaining MRI results. He is always great! I also saw Lauren Doolittle, Audiologist. She spoke with me and my wife about hearing devices. We had a fitting and a testing of the device. Lauren, who is a complete, knowledgeable and at ease professional, explained everything thoroughly and step by step. She put us both at ease and she will be my ongoing Audiologist when we see her again in January for my device.
Dr. Ward has provided caring and thorough care. I will continue to follow with his care.
