Dr. Michael Ward is exceptional! He is empathetic, listens carefully, truly cares, is personable, and is extremely knowledgeable. I respect Dr. Ward and trust him totally with my health and well-being. He takes his time with every patient, never rushing a patient in and out of his office. It is without any hesitation that I highly recommend this gentleman! Further, the entire rotating office staff and nurses are extremely caring and go above and beyond to make the office visit a pleasant experience.
Two stars because the receptionist and the girl getting my info before the doctor came in were very kind and helpful. That's the only reason it's two stars instead of one. The doctor didn't spend very long in there and both my mom and I kind of felt blown off. I think some of the information we gave was pretty concerning I know again whoever came in beforehand asked more in depth questions then the doctor and seemed more concerned. I was shocked when treated rudely by their receptionist when I call recently. I only wish I had the rude receptionist's name to post. Their staff doesn't answer phones with their name, so I don't know who their rude receptionist was when I called on Tuesday, Sept. 16, to cancel and reschedule next year's appointment. On my first visit to this office, my wait time was long before my scheduled appointment. Dr Downey is a wonderful ENT doc, as well as a knowledgeable one. He diagnosed my issue, and said to continue with my P.T. for dizziness. He also did an exam, and asked me to have a hearing check. Turns out I need adjustment on my hearing aids.
Pinnacle ENT takes the time needed to ensure my concerns are addressed. The explanation for ongoing care and treatment is clearly explained, and that my health and well-being are a priority.
