I received excellent care. The doctor was thorough and did not rush me as a first time patient. He explained everything well. The office seems to be very well run, professional and friendly.
In my most recent visit to Pinnacle I saw Dr Timothy Downey who was thorough, informative and cordial in explaining MRI results. He is always great! I also saw Lauren Doolittle, Audiologist. She spoke with me and my wife about hearing devices. We had a fitting and a testing of the device. Lauren, who is a complete, knowledgeable and at ease professional, explained everything thoroughly and step by step. She put us both at ease and she will be my ongoing Audiologist when we see her again in January for my device.
I am a patient of Lauren Doolittle. First class audiologist. Professional, caring. I believe her to be very knowledgeable and competent. Responsive and promptly gets back in touch with the patient. My pleasure to have her as a care giver. Paul Shellenberger
I have seen Dr. Downey and 3 audiologists in 3 different offices over the past 2 years. Everyone including the office staff has been friendly, professional and very capable. I highly recommend the practice.
