So I've been to this practice three or four times I love my doctor doctor Sean smullen. Usually his office staff is pretty decent. I've had no problems with any of the hearing test people up until this point today. I would give five stars except today, July 1st 2026 I had the unfortunate experience of having Gail , the person performing my hearing test. Jaime,one of the audiologists at Pinnacle, listens to what you are saying and helps to rectify any problems you are having with your hearing aids
Prompt, thorough and explained treatment plan in detail. Also wrote down treatment plan so I could follow at home.
