From the beginning of my first consultation back in May, to two months post OP from my surgery, I have nothing but good things to say! I’ve called the office multiple times with questions and they’re always quick to get back to me with answers from staff or Dr. Eichorn. The office staff has always been welcoming too.
Love this office! Dr. Nadel is awesome and their audiologist Jamie is also wonderful. When so many doctors are rushing you in and out, Dr. Nadel listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all my questions - even ones that weren’t specifically related to the reason I booked the appointment in the first place! I really appreciated the care and attention. Would recommend them to anyone who has ENT needs.
So I've been to this practice three or four times I love my doctor doctor Sean smullen. Usually his office staff is pretty decent. I've had no problems with any of the hearing test people up until this point today. I would give five stars except today, July 1st 2026 I had the unfortunate experience of having Gail , the person performing my hearing test.
