When I first contracted with Jack, it was good. He instilled a sense of confidence and when he installed the generator he did a good job although there was a ground wire that he never hooked up so I had to pay another electrician to finish. My biggest problem is with service, every 6 months the generator needs service (which i was not aware of), it takes multiple calls to get a return call but when he does come, he does a good job.
