Not a really good place if you want to get results or a call back, my husband went to an appointment for hair loss and never got any results from his labs or a call from this place, if you call them they never answer or if they answer the phone They are very rude and very expensive, the worst place.
Worst experience ever!!! I went for an acne treatment and paid nearly $400 and never received my medicine. Now they’re charging me another $300. You guys are literally the worst!!!
It was fairly easy to make the initial appointments for my kids. Staff seemed friendly enough for this generation standards. However, it’s extremely difficult to speak to anyone in person. I left several voicemails regarding follow up on care for my daughter with no response from the staff. It’s been over a month since my last attempt and will just go elsewhere.
