The entire appointment was top notice.
The staff is very considerate and understanding they took care of my concerns and issues. I have been a patient at Pinnacle for several years .
Their office has far to many automated systems that do not communicate together. Learned of a balance on my account when checking in the night before. Paid partial on the balance and when I showed up for the appointment they said they could not see me. They never sent a break down of charges in a bill to me and should have told me days before I arrived at my appointment that I had a balance and could not be seen.
