Was sent here to see Dr. W for my lupus by my insurance company and paid my $45 copay. Now I am receiving incessant phone calls and mail from their billing department saying that I owe them almost $500. I recommend watching your back with this facility and their billing department. Dr. W didn't even do a biopsy; just looked at the previous biopsy results and looked at my face and scalp. She didn't even prescribe medication or offer advise except to use a 50+ spf and to wear sunglasses. Currently in a lupus flare again becaus... read more
horrible experience - there is not enough space in this box to talk about how awful the business end of this practice is. Dr Ward is GREAT!!! but i will never see her again unless she leaves this company!!!!
i don't like writing reviews like this but have to share my experience. I tried talking to the clinic however they did not respond back to me. My daughter was a patient of this clinic for 4 years due to acne. Many treatments were prescribed throughout the years and nothing helped her. We asked her to go on accutane and they always said, "we haven't tried this yet." We tried and it didn't work. Arrived for appointment and was told by the receptionist that they don’t take my insurance. The problem is I confirmed that they did before I made the appointment. Then the receptionist told me she doesn’t know (ie: doesn’t want to tell me) who I spoke to. Moreover I was going to be delegated to a practitioner for the visit, not Dr. Jordan. I hadn’t seen this doctor since 2015, and there is zero chance I will ever again. Terrible customer service and accountability.
Not what you would expect from a dermatologist office. Would not recommend this business.
