I recently switched to Pinnacle from a provider in Raleigh. I was so pleased with how quickly I was able to make an appointment. Kimberly Cowart has been an amazing provider for both my medical and aesthetic concerns. She is thorough and kind, and takes her time to make sure you understand your lab results and what your next steps should be. I'm really glad I made the switch to Pinnacle!
The staff was really friendly and approachable. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and polite, demonstrating professionalism throughout. Most importantly, they made sure to complete the procedure thoroughly and carefully.

This place is great! I walked in and checked in and within a minute of sitting down I was called to the back. Then didn’t have to wait long at all in the back before Dr. Cowart came in. Her and her assistant both asked me a ton of questions and made me feel like they truly wanted to help and figure out what was going on. Immediately called a relative and recommended the office and Dr Cowart.
Pinnacle was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I chose to come here! Scheduling an appointment online was super easy and the check-in process was very smooth. I saw Dr. Cowart and her assistant Aubrey, and they were awesome! I came in to get a routine skin screening for the first time in a couple of years and they could not have made it more seamless.
