The staff were very efficient and helpful. Dr. Burgess quickly identified the problem and came up with an action plan. This was the first time I ever went in for an appointment and was seen on time. Kudos to the team!
Pinnacle Dermatology office is closed more than it is open. I called Monday morning and was told by an operator the office is not open until 11am. I tried back at 345pm the same day and the office was closed. I called again on Tuesday, no answer and I decided to leave a message. No one returned my call from Tuesday so, I called back on Thursday and now the operator says they are closed until Monday. Unbelievable!
The staff was very friendly. Dr. Burgess, came in and assessed my hair concerns very quickly. I was pleased with her diagnosis. I am praying for complete restoration.
Couldn’t be happier with my treatment from Dr. Burgess! Definitely recommend!!
